Cakes
Fruit – Choose from a rich dark or a light fruit cake, laced with brandy, sherry and rum then steeped with brandy for a minimum of 6 weeks to ensure a cake that’s moist and full of flavour.
Sponge – Choose from vanilla, vanilla and glace cherry, vanilla and strawberry marble, vanilla and chocolate marble, chocolate, double chocolate, coffee, lemon, orange, strawberry, carrot, spiced(with cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves), or Coconut.
All of our cakes can be made gluten free, nut free, animal fat free, or with low sugar and low fat.
Fillings
Ganache/Truffle – Choose from white, milk or dark chocolate and add any of the following: orange, chilli, mint, lime, strawberry, hazelnut, caramel, lemon, rose or lavender.
Add some alcohol if you wish: brandy, rum, orange liqueur, cherry kirsche, strawberry liqueur, coffee liqueur, banana liqueur, Bailleys irish cream, Curacao (bitter orange), Tia Maria, Kahlua, apricot brandy, Midori (melon), mandarin or Vodka. Or, if you have a favourite tipple, let us know and we can create a flavour based around that.
Buttercreams – Choose from strawberry, strawberry and vanilla, vanilla, vanilla and almond, coffee, orange, lemon, mocha, raspberry, lime, Hazelnut or chocolate.
Jams – Choose from strawberry, blackberry, blueberry, black cherry or raspberry.
All our jams are homemade and we can also make them suitable for people with type 2 Diabetes.
